| Campus | Some churches are clustered, meaning they share people and resources. Curanotis can be configured to allow multiple churches to share a single church installation, so that staff and clergy in this situation do not have to log into multiple instances of Curanotis. Campus within Curanotis is a way of designating which church a contact is associated with.

| Contact | A contact in Curanotis generally represents an individual person. A contact may be a client, a user, or an associated person such as a caregiver or family member. (All clients are contacts, but not all contacts are clients.)

| Interaction | An interaction is any kind of direct or indirect contact with a client. A personal visit, a visit with communion, a phone call, or an email may all be an interaction.

| Interaction Type | An interaction type is a way of categorizing your interactions with clients. An interaction type might be a phone call, an email, or a visit. You can create more categories by including the primary objective of the visit within the type name, like "Visit - communion" to indicate the visit will include communion.

| Relationship Type | A way of identifying the way two contacts are related. Some examples include: Spouse, Child, Parent, Friend, Caregiver, and Neighbor.

| Scheduled Interaction | When an interaction is planned (like a planned visit), you can create a scheduled interaction in Curanotis. This is useful for pastoral care managers to know who will next be visiting a client and when.

| Unscheduled Interaction | Records of interactions between or about clients that are not associated with a scheduled item. This might be because the interaction was unplanned (you stopped in unexpectedly), or because the interaction was never added to the schedule.
