Here are the steps to add a scheduled interaction for a client:

Find a desired client.

Click on the link for their name. The Contact View page for the selected client is displayed.Click on the ADD link for Interactions. The Client Schedule page is displayed:

Next, click on the ADD link for Upcoming Schedule. The Schedule Interaction form is displayed.

 

  1. Enter the DATE/TIME that the scheduled interaction should take place. You can click or tap on the calendar icon to use the popup date picker, and click or tap on the clock icon to use the time picker. If you don't have a set time, you'll still have to enter something as the field is required. But you can add a note indicating that the time is flexible. (Required)
  2. In the ASSIGNED TO field, select the person who will be performing the interaction. If they do not appear in the list, it may be because they haven't been added as a user, or their record may be inactive. (Required)
  3. If the person performing the interaction should not be entered as a user of Curanotis (for example: a substitute priest who is filling in on an ad hoc basis), then assign the scheduled interaction to yourself or someone else, and enter the person's name in the DELIVERED BY field.
  4. Select an interaction TYPE that generally describes the purpose of the visit or interaction. (Required)
  5. Enter the estimated duration of the interaction in the DURATION field. You can also click or tap on the clock icon to select from a list of duration options. (Required)
  6. Enter any NOTES you may have about this scheduled interaction. This might be something to remember to bring to the visit, or something to ask about, or special instructions for finding the client.
  7. If you are scheduling a reoccurring interaction, you can check the REOCCURRENCE checkbox. Additional fields are shown to help you define the reoccurrence parameters:

In the first line of the REOCCURRENCE section, you will want to enter a value combined with selecting an interval. For example, you might enter and select "2 Weeks" to indicate that you want the scheduled interaction to reoccur ever 2 weeks. Then enter or select an expiration date in the UNTIL field. (You can only enter reoccurring appointments up to 3 months from the current date.)

When you have completed the Schedule Interaction form, click on Save. Your scheduled interaction will be saved.
