The Grieving Contacts Report is intended to help churches prepare mailings to contacts associated with clients who have passed away, for events such as All Saints'/All Souls' day, or to follow-up with grief support materials.
To view this report, select the menu Reports, and then Grieving Contacts.
Options
1. To only include contacts for clients who passed away within a certain date range, enter the partial or full date range in the PASSING DATE RANGE section.
2. To only include contacts for clients who passed away that are family or other relationship types, select the desired relationship types to include in the RELATIONSHIP TYPES list
3. To only include contacts where you have a physical address, check the Only include contacts with address checkbox.
4. To update the list after making a change to one of the other filters, click on the Filter button.
5. To export the list to an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Excel icon in the lower right corner.
