To make sure that you close the communications loop in pastoral care, all scheduled interactions should have a corresponding recorded interaction. The Missing Visits Report shows a list of all scheduled interactions in the past for your organization that do not have a corresponding recorded interaction. 

To view this report, select the menu Reports, and then Missing Interactions.

Review the items in this list with the person it is assigned to.

  • For visits that did not happen and should be rescheduled, use the RESCHEDULE link to update the scheduled date to a new date in the future. This will remove the item from the report.
  • For visits that should be cancelled without rescheduling, use the RECORD link to create a new interaction of status Cancelled. This will remove the item from the report.
  • For visits that were completed, use the RECORD link to create a new interaction of status Completed. This will remove the item from the report.
