When creating an association between a client and another contact, the associated contact may not yet exist. If so, you can add the contact by following these steps:
Click on the Add button inside the Select Contact To Associate area:
The Add a new related contact form appears:
- Enter the contact's first and last name (and a prefix / suffix if desired).
- Select the contact's gender (optional).
- Enter the contact's primary phone number, if available.
- Enter the contact's primary email address, if available.
- Select their relationship to this client.
- Enter any additional information about the relationship. This might be restrictions on what you can discuss, or additional contact information.
- Click on Save to add the contact and create the association.
