When creating an association between a client and another contact, the associated contact may not yet exist. If so, you can add the contact by following these steps:

Click on the Add button inside the Select Contact To Associate area:

The Add a new related contact form appears:

  1. Enter the contact's first and last name (and a prefix / suffix if desired).
  2. Select the contact's gender (optional).
  3. Enter the contact's primary phone number, if available.
  4. Enter the contact's primary email address, if available.
  5. Select their relationship to this client. 
  6. Enter any additional information about the relationship. This might be restrictions on what you can discuss, or additional contact information.
  7. Click on Save to add the contact and create the association.
