If you need to communicate to the pastoral care team at the church that some kind of follow-up activity needs to occur, you can add a follow-up for the client. Here's how:
Use the FIND CONTACT page and find the client that needs a follow-up. Follow-up requests can be submitted by clicking on the flag icon to the right of any contact (client or otherwise) listed on the FIND CONTACT page.
If there is already a pending follow-up for the client, the flag icon will be colored orange. Otherwise the flag icon will be grey. Clicking on the flag will display the ADD FOLLOW-UP REQUEST page where a description of the request can be entered.

After entering the follow-up description, click on Save to submit the follow-up to your pastoral care team.
