Clients and interactions have both a public and private notes area. If you have information about a client or interaction that you would like to restrict, use the private notes area, and remember the following:
- Curanotis users with Administrator access rights always have access to all Curanotis data, including internal notes.
- Curanotis users with Limited access rights never have access to internal notes.
- Curanotis users with Extended access rights do not have access to internal notes unless their user record has VIEW PRIVATE? checked.
