Curanotis enhances accountability with your pastoral care ministry by giving you tools to follow-up on scheduled visits to make sure that they happened. But nothing within Curanotis requires you to schedule visits in advance. We understand that visits may happen without preplanning or may be scheduled directly between clients and visitors.
We still recommend, however, that visitors record their interaction with the client. This helps you to know that a client is receiving visits and gives you historical information about those visits for the future.
