Curanotis allows you to record all your interactions with and about clients. When you record your interaction, you'll need to identify the type of interaction that occurred. The list of available interaction types is customizable by Curanotis Administrators, but some initial ones are created for you when your organization is first set up.
To manage interaction types, click the Admin menu, and then select Manage Interaction Types.
The Manage Interaction Types page appears.
To add a new interaction type, enter the name of the type in the textbox above the list and click on Save. To change an existing interaction type, click on Edit for the item, then make your changes and click on Save.
